Apr 27, 2026"I had never been to Shun De before, so I was curious to try their signature dry-steamed pork ribs. Overall, the experience was decent—good, but not quite memorable enough to stand out. We ordered the pork ribs, chicken, and mixed pork with egg. Personally, I preferred the steamed chicken; it was well-marinated and nicely tender. The pork ribs were enjoyable too, though they didn’t quite impress me. One downside was the presence of quite a few small bone fragments, especially in the chicken, so you need to be a bit careful with every bite."
